Welcome to Katyayani Wellness, a company founded by, Dr Radhika Nayak and partnered by Dr Disha G. They are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality Organic Sanitary Pads.
Katyayani Wellness was founded on 7th March, 2019 with the mission to empower women to take control of their health and make informed choices. We believe that every woman deserves access to high-quality, chemical-free products, and we are proud to be a part of that movement.
DR RADHIKA NAYAK
Dr Radhika is known for her compassionate, attentive, and caring nature, and she is a distinguished obstetrician and gynaecologist in Hubli. Dr Radhika is outspoken in her mission to provide every one of her patients with the highest level of medical care. She has received many citations and accolades.
Dr Radhika Nayak is also the founder of Katyayani Wellness.
Katyayani Wellness is an independent unit founded by Dr. Radhika Gopalkrishna Nayak at Hubballi, Karnataka, India.
Dr Radhika was born in Kumta Taluk in North Kannada, where she was raised. She studied at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya, Vile Parle Mumbai, where she finished her schooling. Dr Nayak topped her middle school and high school scholarship exams and SSLC exams.
She further studied at Parle College for the Interscience exams. Dr Radhika studied Medicine (MBBS) at the Grant Medical College, and she was awarded a distinction grade in Surgery, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology subjects. She is passionate about helping women with fertility issues and at-risk pregnancies.
Recently on 12th Jan 2023, her exceptional health advising product— organic, biodegradable, dioxin-free, and anion sheet sanitary pad: Delicate Touch, won the "Best Innovator Award" at the All India MHM Summit in New Delhi.
Being a gynaecologist she also took up to promote health holistically and organically. In her journey of over 3 decades with women’s health and gynaecological issues she has had many insights. Revisiting of PCOD & Endometriosis, even after complete treatment and recovery, hypothyroidism, young age diabetes, breast cancer, ovarian uterine and urinary bladder cancers were a concern. Not to mention the causative factors of infertility and irregular periods repeated urinary tract infections and vaginal infections in spite of adequate treatment given.
All factors were pointing to dioxins laden sanitary napkins, tampons and baby diapers now available with different names in the open market across the counter. The solution to this menace was to say NO to these dioxins and use organic dioxins and toxins free sanitary napkins. Her aim was to make the Organic sanitary napkins available and affordable in the open market. So Katyayani Enterprises came into existence.
She envisions a safe, organic, and hygienic environment for all the women known to her, by touching their lives for the betterment. This would be a new dawn of life.
DR DISHA
Dr Disha G is fervent about empowering individuals to heal, transform, and uplift themselves in personal growth through workshops, healing, and guided meditations. She partners with Dr Radhika in her mission for both women and the environment.

She has a PhD in Energy Medicine and Holistic Sciences from Colombo University (2019) and Indian Board of Alternative Medicine (IBAM), winner of International Holistic Star 2019 (conferred by SUNFO, Sri Lanka) is on the Board of Advisors.

Dr Disha G, is the founder of Beyond Illusion (www.beyondillusion.in) which spreads awareness and practices Alternative Medicines, Energy Therapy and Holistic Healing for Sustainable Development in line with the UN charter, enhancing the quality of health and life.
