If you wish to exchange your organic sanitary pads for a different variant or size, we will process the exchange upon receiving and inspecting the returned products. Any price differences between the exchanged products will be handled accordingly.

If product is received in damaged condition due to transportation, then photograph of that should be taken immediately and share with us. Product will be exchanged once it is sent back as soon as possible.
